Meet Yvonne Joy, DNP, APRN
Yvonne Joy is a passionate Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of healthcare experience.
She is also board-certified as an Advanced Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Syracuse University, Master of Business Administration at Webster University, Master of Science in Nursing at Saint Louis University, and Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Connecticut.

Individual/First Family Member
$75/Month
No Enrollment Fee
The following services are included with membership (when clinically indicated): blood glucose, urine pregnancy test, rapid strep test, and urinalysis, as well as suture or staple removal and ear irrigation for cerumen removal.
Each Additional Family Member
$35/Month
No Enrollment Fee
For each additional family member The following services are included with membership (when clinically indicated): blood glucose, urine pregnancy test, rapid strep test, and urinalysis, as well as suture or staple removal and ear irrigation for cerumen removal.
